Labels print slightly too big or too small

Print the PDF at 100% / “Actual size” with “Fit to page” and scaling turned off. The PDF pages are already the exact physical size of your label stock.

How do I print from a purchase order?

Open the purchase order in Shopify, choose “Download PDF”, and drop that PDF on LabelPress’s “Import a purchase order” page. Every line lands in the print queue with its quantity. Lines are matched by SKU, barcode, or product and variant name. A CSV from a supplier or a pasted list of SKUs works too.

My barcode won’t scan

Very small labels can squeeze the bars below what scanners read. Use a wider label, a shorter code, or hide the SKU or variant line so the barcode gets more height. LabelPress warns you on the print job page when a barcode is narrower than recommended.

Can I make my own label size?

Yes. Templates → New custom size. Enter the label and page dimensions and watch the true-size preview update as you type.
